Reviews and Ratings <br />
The Riverside Regency is a hidden gem tucked away between Baga Beach and Arpora, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle of Goa. The rooms are basic but clean, and the staff is very welcoming. While the dining options were not extensive, the nearby restaurants provide plenty of choices, with Lila's Cafe being a delightful spot for afternoon tea. The pool area is a nice bonus but could use more sunbeds.
I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and found it to be quite budget-friendly, especially with attentive staff and daily cleaning. I did upgrade to a better room with air conditioning, which was necessary during the summer heat, but the breakfast offered was quite basic. The walk to the beach is manageable, but taxis can be pricey. Overall, it's great value for the money, despite some drawbacks.
I had a good stay at this hotel, which is positioned nicely by the river with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. However, the dining options could use some improvement, especially at breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the overall experience was quite enjoyable for a budget stay.
My stay was far from ideal, with a disappointing experience overall. The location near the river is nice, but the condition of the hotel and the service left much to be desired. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the breakfast options were minimal. While the air conditioning worked fine, it didn’t make up for the broken amenities and unsatisfactory cleanliness.
I found this hotel to be a lovely retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Goa's busier areas. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to local restaurants and the beach. The staff was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. However, some aspects like the bedding and cleanliness could use improvement, which is disappointing. Overall, it was a decent budget option if you're looking for peace.
